一副限位器幾十塊錢。紐約市給高風險住戶免費裝窗戶護欄、又上門講解，一個區上報的兒童墜落數三年裏降了一半。後來紐約乾脆立法，要求房東給住着小孩的房子裝護欄。紗窗一推就開，不算防護。
收益
紐約市從 1972 年起辦了一個叫「孩子不會飛」的項目，在高風險城區免費發窗戶護欄，還上門講解。布朗克斯區上報的墜落數，1973 到 1975 年下降 50%。此後紐約市修改衛生法典，強制房東為住有 10 歲及以下兒童的公寓安裝窗戶護欄

備註
窗邊和陽台邊不要放床、梳化、箱子這類小孩能爬上去的東西。紗窗隻擋蚊子，一推就掉，別把它當護欄。也不是只有住高層才要裝：美國那份數據裏，多數墜落發生在二層或者更低。
